“Front desk staff was not overly friendly - felt like I was disturbing them. They didn't really want to get up to come check me in. Staff in breakfast area also not helpful nor friendly. But the room, bed & pillows were very comfortable. Hot tub was out of service but they let us use the one in the spa thankfully”
