Sea breeze and sunshine greet you as you rise, enticing you to get out and enjoy the day. Bondi beach and the coastal walk is a step away. The Space: Enjoy coastal living in this bright and spacious apartment perfectly positioned to capture sea breezes and ocean views. Located in a secure boutique block of just 12 apartments, this home offers comfort, convenience, and a relaxing lifestyle. Prime seaside position with picturesque views Fully equipped gas kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher Light-filled, spacious living room Bathroom with internal laundry – washer and dryer included Generous double bedroom with plenty of natural light Versatile sunroom or study – ideal for working from home Wireless internet access Guest Access: Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The Neighborhood: Bondi beach is 200 meters away. Instant access to the Bondi to Bronti coastal walk and the famous Icebergs outdoor swimming pool (100 meters from the apartment). Cafes, restaurants, shops, all close by. Public transport 100 meters from apartment. Stunning beaches close by: Tamarrama beach is a 15 minute coastal walk and Bronti beach about 20 minutes. You can access the coastal walk via Hunter Park just opposite the apartment building where you can also easily access Icebergs pool, sauna, bar and restaurant. Getting Around: The Bus stop is a minute walk for the apartment on Bondi Road. City centre 333, 380 Circular Quay 333 Other Things to Note: Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350\. And $1000 for smoking. Interaction with Guests: We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed.
