At the Beach Undine

A bright and well-maintained 2-room vacation apartment located directly on the beach on the 2nd floor of the Undine building.
It measures approximately 48 m² and features a living room with a sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a dining area by the window. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system are provided. There is a west-facing balcony overlooking the garden with balcony furniture, as well as a separate kitchen equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom features a double bed and a large built-in closet. The separate bathroom includes a shower and toilet. The hallway features a coat closet. The living room and bedroom have designer flooring. There is no elevator. The beach access is about 200 meters away; it’s about a 400-meter walk to Strandstraße and downtown.

A cozy interior design in nautical colors awaits you. Comfortable seating area, reading nook, games, smart TV with radio, Wi-Fi, and an adjoining dining area.

Modern, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

Shower room and toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer. Ample towels and bath mats.

Miscellaneous

One laundry package per person, including 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel. Cleaning rags, dish sponges, and dishwasher tablets are included in the total price.

Smoking is not permitted in this property.

Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
