Clean, quiet, decent food, friendly staff and nice rooms. Close to several places to eat and local entertainment. Not sure what else anyone would expect from a hotel.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Every encounter with a staff member was pleasant and friendly. The doormen were exceptional with their assistance to me and my husband by aiding me in loading my husband's mobility scooter that we rented and it was very heavy. They were kind, helpful, friendly and compassionate and I appreciate them very much. The breakfast was delicious and very abundant with selections of breakfast food from all over the world. The coffee was strong and yummy, and I never say that about brewed coffee unless it's brewed by myself plus I was a barista for 18 yrs. My husband was happy every morning with his filling selections and variety of items. The bacon was perfectly cooked and their chicken sausage is the best! The French toast was wonderful also. The view from our 25th floor room gave us many spectacular sites, from colorful lights, to bustling sidewalks and vibrant city life. The city skyline at night from the rooftop bar at something I am unable to adequately describe other than they were remarkable in way I am unable to remark on, other than beautiful and amazing. This trip meant a lot to my husband and I for a few reasons. One is it was our first time away together in over 17 years and two, he was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in December on 2025 so we made memories on this trip we will treasure for years to come. The staff even assisted our cousins who met up with us by letting/helping them set up special surprises for us. Top notch.

The price is really high, and the hotel itself looks nice, but it kinda sucks given the cost.

Staff was welcoming. Continental breakfast was above average. We stayed in a 2bdr/2ba suite and just had a couple of minor annoyances with the room. The shower head was seemingly broken and there was cardboard folded and wedged in so that it would stay on the rod. If you touched it at all, it'd just fall off. The sink sprayer also did not stay up at the base of the faucet - it just dangled there in the sink. It made it a slight pain to do dishes. Neither problem was the end of the world, but attention to detail and the little things can be impacted. Upon checking in (stayed Wed-Mon), we had asked for room cleanings (towels, bedding, and trash) for Friday and Sunday. They only did that Friday. We had to call the front desk for towels ourselves after getting back to the room from a full day of being in 100 degree weather and sweating to find we had no clean laundry. Again, not the end of the world but it caused disappointment after having a much better experience there the year prior.

We traveled with four kids. There was a noticeable lack of other children around. However the property was prepared to have them around. There was an entire play room with brand new puzzles and gently used toys to play with. The pool was usually fairly empty so my kids had fun there. The basketball court was generally empty as well. We got a lot of use out of all three spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the coffee shop downstairs was a frequent stop as well.
