Well, nowhere does it say that the hotel is literally right on the train tracks. You cannot get much closer and by the way the train goes through at least once a night. And the schedule is completely unpredictable so the staff cannot even let you know when you're going to get the unwanted wake up call. And if the train isn't loud enough for you, their air conditioning units are as loud as a plane taking off. But the hotel does provide some cheap ear plugs which are completely inadequate. If you are a light sleeper avoid this hotel at all costs. Also, if you have any mobility issues...avoid at all costs. There is an elevator, but the hotel is built on a hill and there are a lot of small staircases. And last but not least my daughter found fresh blood on her duvet...gross.

Very quiet, clean and great hosts. The balcony was nice to have. Beautiful property
