This property was so dirty. Stains on the beds, curtains, floor, walls, lamp shades everything. The smell was horrific, it smelled immediately like mold and cigarettes. Due to allergies and asthma we could barely breathe it in. General surfaces were extremely dirty, we didn’t even shower the next day due to the filth in the shower. Would not recommend even in a pinch. Everything else was fully booked otherwise we would have left immediately upon our arrival.

This place is not the Hyatt Grand, but nice staff, convenient location, great price. Would highly recommend this place for casual travelers looking for a not perfect place but comfortable, friendly and affordable.

I had room 222 and the door would not lock from the outside so I could not leave anything in the room. The TV also did not work. The front desk didn't seem to care or fix either issue. Everything within 50 miles was sold out so I could not change rooms or locations

There were ants in our rooms garbage cans, and a cockroach in the fridge. The mini fridge didn't keep things the right temperature and the freezer box was so iced over it actually thawed my bag of ice. The tv didn't work either. The room door stuck to the point if they're would've been an emergency, we wouldn't have been able to get out quickly. The front desk lady was extremely rude upon checking out, she said i was smoking in the room when i told her to check her cameras in that area to see that i was only smoking in the designated area outside, she ignored my request. She then refused to give me my cash refund back and wouldn't even acknowledge my complaints nor look at the pictures of the room and filth i took. If it wasn't for a domestic violence situation, we would have left!!!!

Location is good. But prostitution is on going in that property. People were coming in and out of the same room one after the other no change of liniens. There mosquitoes and images on Google are misleading. For any decent family or individuals who would like spend a night there. Smoking in the room is allowed and smoking is not for everyone.

Room smells like cigarette strongly, blankets don't look like wash at all,I have to use a towel on up the pillow because it was super dirty, I would definitely not recommend this place, if you are passing by maybe.
