I had a wonderful stay at Retreat Siargao Resort Corp. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One of my favorite features was the private balcony, where I could unwind while taking in the beautiful beach and pool view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning scenery was truly unforgettable. Overall, this resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and breathtaking views. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siargao.

We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!! The outside was dirty and the rooms were dirty!! The linens did not look like they have been changed! The bathroom tiles were dark where you can see the tiles are suppose to be a lighter color. We did not want to touch anything! Not conducive for elderly or disabled individuals. We booked this because of the proximity to the port. DO NOT BOOK this property. We left and booked another place. They make there refund policy restrictive because they know people will leave once they see the rooms. In this way they try to keep your money without rendering service. They would not even take Expedia’s calls!

New place and great vibes. Relaxing.

It is a beach front property. The villa is not beachfront only the studio is. The road leading into the property is rough and not paved and was dusty, luckily we had a rental vehicle. Upon entering the villa, everything was in order except when I opened the kitchen cabinets there were cockroaches that scurried away underneath, eww! Very unsanitary. The caretaker offered to clean up the room but she said it may be a while as she said the cleaning crew lived further away. When I asked about shampoo and soap she said it was not included. When I reminder her that the listing said these are included she then said she would get them for me in a little while. make sure you manage your expectations that things like toiletries can be forgotten, may take a while, and sanitation might be overlooked as the room does include a kitchen.
