Staff, especially the housekeeping, were friendly, courteous and professional. When I checked out on Monday morning, the only guy 8:30 am, waited for me to say something so I handed the 2 key cards…did his thing and said “all set”. Not even a thank you, thanks for spending over $1,000 for a week, have a good day, NOTHING. I was the only person at the desk. I just heard they were bought out and it’s getting renovated. I would start by renovations with the front desk.

Ample parking garage spaces but configured to cause a bit of confusion. The exit/entrance gates were haywire the time of my stay so it caused a huge lineup where one car took 10 minutes. There is a daily parking fee. But a great quality place to stay of nearby the hospital system and campus. Convenient.

The only staff member I saw was ok. Property and grounds seems tattered and in need of maintenance. Shabby. Carpet felt old. Outdoor areas just need care.
Room was large and clean. Bathroom was large and clean. Provided toiletries were very nice and felt luxurious. Parts of the interior were well designed and nicely decorated.
Weird beeping all night like a smoke alarm needed a battery? Unsettling. No information in room with facility info like ice locations or times for restaurants. No answer from guest services after multiple attempts.
Pool was very nice. Clean. Well maintained. Grounds around pool looked weathered and in need of care.
