Disappointed check-in and restaurant.
I was told that the room (wrong booked the Accessible room) will not be ready even after 3 pm, even not guaranteed later (6-7pm), the receptionist kept apologizing but avoided a solution.
Only after I told her that I didn’t need apology but solution, or I would lodge a complaint to the senior management or head office, I asked either refund my money or give me the right room after 3 pm, then a manager appeared and arranged a room for us.
Also, we had an expensive and unduly delay dinner on the first night. My wife ordered a plate of vegetables, we waited also one hour.
I don’t think it’s the right reception for a famous hotel like Hilton.
