However, the toilet bowl’s water kept leaking inside caused a disruption to silence during the whole night. The room I got was without window, smelly and dirty. When I requested for upgrade the amount quoted was high. I could have got better hotels for that total price. I went to reception with my luggage and informed that I want to leave the hotel. At that point the upgrade was discounted. With that I reluctantly stayed in the hotel. The reception people were like robots. They were trained more to follow the hotel commands and control instead of listening to customer. WIFI was also not working the first day amidst 2 reminders. The next day it worked after another reminder. There were small flies on the fruits displayed for breakfast. I found a lot of crockroaches in my 2 rooms. The bathroom curtain have stain and the sink also have stain. GM of the hotel should check your housekeeping department. For breakfast buffet, i would like to complaint on the food. I dont mind that u didnt served a variety of food but make sure the food that you serve is in a good quality. I found the roti canai is so hard to eat.
