“The staff were wonderful. We were late in arriving but staff made the check-in process smooth and easy. We were in unit 1 which has a view of the bay and a wonderful outside sitting area with a bbq. Linens were nice and beds comfortable. The heat pump worked well when we needed air conditioning or heat. The staff were very helpful during an unusual heavy rainfall event to make sure we were safe and had everything we needed. We would stay again if we are back in the area. Hot water beach and...

"Me ha decepcionado muchísimo. La palabra resort no se corresponde con este hotel. Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación al lado de la playa. Llegamos a las 6 de la tarde y ya no había nadie en recepción, en un sobre habían dejado mi número de habitación con un mapa difícil de entender donde ponía cabaña costera, Después de intentar abrir varias cabañas costeras con mi mismo número, resulta que era interior. La tv no funcionaba, super pequeña la cabaña, sin baño, sin aire acondicionado. Y les hablé dos veces para ver donde dejaba las llaves al hacer el check out porque tampoco estaban y ni me contestaron "
