Only manager/owner spoke english and was not very helpful with obtaining information. There was a broken electrical switch which controlled hot water heater and so the first shower I had was ice cold. I was told the hot water just takes a long time. The next day I waited for the water heater for 20 min and still no hot water. It was later discovered that the switch was broke. Wifi not in all the rooms and only in downstairs lobby. The only good things I enjoyed was a nice breakfast (not part of the room fee) and the availability of tuk tuk drivers. If you can afford to stay else where consider it. But if you don't mind bad beds and inconveniences then this might be ok for 1 nite. Bottom line ...you get what you pay for.

We had a fantastic overnight stay. Kids enjoyed the backyard walkout with pool as well as the large common pool. At night there was a bonfire and the property in general is just breathtaking.
