“Our room was beyond terrible. We had a 1 bedroom 2 bed, pullout suite. The pullout mattress had stains all over it and was so worn and thin it could not be slept on (though we didn’t want to with the stains). Every bar was palpable. The bathtub was so disgusting I couldn’t give my 2 and 5 year old a bath. It was lined with scum in the tub, curly black hair from whomever stayed last in it, something nasty on the shower walls. The towel rack had been ripped from the wall and was just shoved back……

“We where stopping in at 11pm for a one night stay. Called around 2pm asking if we could get a room assigned and chilled as we would be getting in late and just wanted to get to sleep. They said they didnt do that, we had to wait till we got there. Upon arrival they told us they didnt have a room for us. After 10 mins they found us a room, to bad somebody was already in it. On the way to our second and final room we found cookies on the floor. The Ac was loud but other then that we slept……
