“The StayApt Suites Manager, Nikki, is awesome and is the best part of this hotel. She is super friendly, responsive and always helpful. However, one person can't be the sole person for everything which Nikki seems to be.
This hotel needs a better cleaning staff. Upon entering our room, the floor was very wet which made me use a paper towel to dry some of it so I wouldn't slip and fall. However the paper towel was dirty after I did so which meant the freshly mopped floor was NOT clean. In……
