“We loved our stay at Poplar Point. It’s located in a gated community with a golf course and restaurant, Copper’s that we went to one night. The villa/townhouse has a wonderful view of the lake that we took full advantage of for morning coffee and later cocktails So peaceful! I didn’t want to leave! We stayed here the weekend we moved our daughter out of her dorm at AU. It’s about a 40 minute drive to Auburn. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has what you need for a weekend stay. The neighbors……

“Everything was nice and clean ,beds were comfortable. Very nice view of the lake. Kitchen well stocked. We were surprised by the amount of stairs. None of the pictures show stairs . I don’t believe it’s mentioned in the description. Youngest of our group was 71. The 78 and 81 year old have both experienced falls. Should make that more apparent in the description and pictures.”

“The cabin was very cute and the location was nice, though there is a lot of construction at the end of the street. We really enjoyed going to Canyon Ridge Trails to hike. Our only suggestion would be to put brighter bulbs in the fixtures, even with all the lights in, it was extremely dark.”

“We could not have picked a better place to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Auburn. The lake house is prettier than the pictures show. There is a lot of outdoor space to be together or to have solitude. The house was cozy and had a great view of the Lake Martin and good access to our vehicles for packing and unpacking. “Owner was very easy and helpful with all communication and questions. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as my husband and I both have bad backs. Really neat upstairs had four twin beds and it was a nice quiet place if you just wanted to chill by yourself or read a book. Great Waterview and Union boat ramp to launch your boat close by. We loved this place!”

“酒店没有便捷的通道通往房间，需要使用楼梯。这样拿着大箱子就有点不方便。酒店没有接送服务，从亚特兰大机场坐车到奥本后只能使用当地唯一的出租车，而不能要求酒店接送。房间地毯看起来很脏，没有面巾纸，洗漱用品很简陋，整理房间的人服务很差，我请求一个牙刷，要了2次最终也没有给到我。早餐蛮简陋的，主要就是鸡蛋和肉饼，以及华夫饼酸奶和一些水果。。总体来说比较一般。热门时期价格比平时贵一倍。空调声音很大。周围有很多美食餐馆，走走还有沃尔玛。”
