Courteous and helpful staff with a sumptuous breakfast even though the bread is not of the highest quality.

We honestly cannot recommend Banyan Tree Lang Co enough. We came here for a last resort stay to celebrate my birthday, and it far exceeded every expectation. The staff were the true highlight—genuinely friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special, providing a personal host throughout our stay who took care of our every need. The accommodation was out of this world. The Beach Villa with an ocean view and private pool is absolute perfection—we didn't want to leave! The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a wide variety of cuisines, and they were happy to accommodate special orders. With so many different restaurants to choose from on-site, we were spoiled for choice. The shuttle bus to Hue and Danang City was a great bonus. This is a true luxury stay filled with so many lovely surprises by the staff. We are so grateful!

Clean rooms and great staff. The property is very nice and everything was great. No doubt that this hotel deserves a repeat visit and stay again.

Unfortunately, we weren't even able to check into the hotel as our plans had an unfortunate change of events and the hotel was not capable of giving us a refund for any of our days or a credit. My review is simply that it's in the middle and neutral because I have no other opinion to give
