My sisters and I stayed at this apartment for 17 days in Feb/ Mar 2026. WHAT WE LIKED: 1. Spacious apartment with two bathrooms and two bedrooms 2. Kenny and Pauline are accommodating. When I mentioned that I had a bad back, they placed a mattress topper on one of the beds and it was comfortable. 3. Pillows and blankets were comfortable. 4. Lots of shops around the apartment block and inside the apartment on the third floor, there is a 24 hour minimart which carries a lot of essentials and food. Across the street on the next building there is a very nice minimart that we enjoyed shopping at. There are also restaurants close to the apartment block and you can get to KLCC and Suria KLCC via the covered Bintang walkway, just two buildings away. Suria KLCC is about 0.8 km away and Pavilion on Bukit Bintang is 1.6 km away via the Bintang Walkway. Grab is also readily available and stops right outside the building. 5. The building is safe. 6. The lights in one of the bedrooms and bathroom went out once. I texted Kenny and he sent maintenance over immediately. 7. Lovely shower with hot water. 8. We liked the refrigerator very much. 9. Housekeeping is excellent. They clean the apartment every 4 days and provide us with fresh towels. 10. Nice kitchen. WHAT WE DIDN’T LIKE 1. TV was good but sometimes buffering or could not connect because of internet issues 2. Wi-fi was spotty, often disconnecting even after we turned our phones off and on. Wi-fi also o

Friendly service, convenient location

Great stay. Friendly staff

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a great shower. Clean and tidy and great utilities. There were a few signs of wear and tear but didn't bother us in the slightest for the price we paid. We were allowed in the apartment early due to an early flight arrival which was very kind of the owner. Obviously the pool is amazing with the best view in the city. Just be warned though the water is quite chilly but the view is worth it! The cleaning crew were polite and gracious and security downstairs were really friendly. Overall we had a fantastic stay at this property and if we go back to Kuala Lumpur this is definitely where we would stay again.

Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern. Would stay here again the next time I am at KL.
