Welcome to our South Tampa townhome, located just 7 minutes to Raymond James and 11 minutes to Amelie Arena! Our home is nearly brand new (just a couple years) and ALL the furnishings are brand new! A large 4 bed, 3.5 bath with 3 floors (no elevator) and a 2 car garage - we can accommodate 10 guests comfortably (the couch pulls out into a queen) and we are PET FRIENDLY! Perfect for FAMILIES, we have a PACMAN arcade game and shuffle board, large 65-inch Smart TV for movies & POPCORN MAKER!
