I never got to stay. I arrived and my reservation was cancelled. I selected pay at property and they tried to charge a credit card that had been hacked since booking so I had cancelled the card. Never thought about it because I selected PAY at property. The manager claimed he called me several times and left a message … however I had NO calls and showed him my phone. He had the correct number so I believe he lied and gave my room to someone else, possibly for more money, maybe a few bucks in his pocket. There was a concert near by…. There were apparently no rooms. Check in was 4 pm And I arrived at 5;15. Basically I was screwed with no room.

The pregnant young lady at the front desk was very nice and charming, our suite was comfortable and cute, the breakfast was what you expect. They were doing a ton of renos so a lot of different things weren’t available. The elevator was SCARY! It doesn’t open right away. I was almost convinced that we were in tower of terror at universal studios.
