Pragmatic stay not far from Tampa convention center

Stayed here for nearly a week for a trade show. Was initially concerned because of previous review but had no such issues once we arrived. The property owner has divided the house into 4 units, it seems they mostly do medium-long term rentals and recently started doing VRBO to reduce churn. Didn't have enough garbage bags, linens, upon arrival, however the host was prompt with providing some after we contacted.

Aweful neighborhood , Bad listing

Was absolutly no where to park. There is no way I would have stayed there even if we could have parked. It is an old ugly house in a rundown neighborhood. We stayed in a hotel instead. Good money wasted, but we did not feel safe there.
Stayed 5 nights in Mar 2024
