I stayed at two different hotels in the Old Quarter, and I prefer this one. The hotel is located near Hoan Kiem Lake, making it very convenient for exploring the walking areas. Despite being in such a central location, I sleep well here and don't hear any traffic noise—which is especially important when staying in the Old Quarter. The breakfast is good. I particularly enjoy the sweet rice, fresh fruit, and Vietnamese yogurt, which isn't too sweet. They also serve pho, which is a nice touch.

Extremely courteous staff, very clean rooms and excellent breakfast buffet as well as central location for sightseeing and restaurants were the highlights of this hotel

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Excellent stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were professional, attentive, and provided efficient support throughout my visit. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.
