Clean hotel but the place reeked of raw sewage the evening I checked in. Not sure if the sewers were backed up because of the rain or what. But the stench was offensive.
Limited food availability. There is no hot food around the clock. One night, around 930pm, the dinner service had already finished and my only option was the bakery. The bakery offered a limited selection of croissant type items. No actual food. Another morning I wanted breakfast before leaving for the day. But there was no breakfast service because it was 630am. And breakfast doesn't start until 7. Again, only croissants from the bakery.
The shower was broken. The water randomly switched from freezing cold to burning hot.
The linens and towels were of extremely poor quality. No face cloths.
Extremely difficult to get drinks. I get that there is no real drinking culture in Morocco but this is an all inclusive resort. Alcohol should be plentiful and prominent. Limited number of bars with long lines. Only to then find cheap, off brand alcohol.
Place was clean. Good location.
Definitely would not stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
L’hôtel est impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel est aux petits soins. Chaque membre de l’équipe fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et de nombreuses petites attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable.
Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Timoulay, une chambre spacieuse, élégante et très confortable. Le balcon est un vrai plus, idéal pour profiter du calme, et la literie est d’excellente qualité, garantissant des nuits reposantes.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et propose un large choix de produits. La piscine est parfaitement entretenue et très agréable.
Une mention spéciale pour le room service et le spa, qui méritent vraiment d’être davantage connus : les tarifs sont très raisonnables et les prestations sont d’une excellente qualité.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour.

"L’hébergement est conforme à ce qui est annoncé et les hôtes sont vraiment très accueillants très aidants. Les confitures maison de Annick au petit déjeuner étaient succulentes. L’endroit est chaleureux et tout a été simple et agréable."
