The 32 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a television and air conditioning. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation does not offer Wi-Fi or towels. The rental has a private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, and balcony for your relaxation. Public transport is within walking distance and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. One parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets and parties are not allowed. A ski storage area is available. This property provides guidelines to help you sort your waste correctly; further information is provided on site. It also features energy-saving lighting.
