Fernando & Ian were amazing hosts. We really enjoyed them & their company. It's a very unique Hotel full of art & stories. Our bungalow however I found to be gloomy. The kitchen had no sponge and very watered down dish detergent. 1 plate & bowl with no paper towels or napkins. The bathroom was extremely dated with 1 tiny round mirror and really bad lighting also the sink was clogged so we had to brush our teeth and wash our faces in the kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower though. If this bungalow didn't lead to the most magical garden I would have switched properties. It's beautiful & at night if you can imagine it was even more magical!! That along with Fernando & Ian was this propertys saving grace for us. If your looking for something different this may be the stay for you.

Had an absolute amazing stay, staff was 5 stars as well as the food. Will be going back again!

Hotel and staff were excellent, however the availability to obtain a table at the restaurants was limited. Only three restaurants, you are unable to make a reservation. If you are not at the restaurant at 6, they only have a limited amount of beepers and after that you are unable to eat. Your only choice is the buffet. This makes it a little inconvenient and unable to enjoy the dining options. Have not stayed at many all inclusive, but have never had this issue with dining options before. Not ideal.
