I have been here for over 15yrs and it’s been upgraded since and looks beautiful - lovely art work throughout. Loved the room, very modern and comfortable. I will be staying again next time I stay in New Plymouth. Feb 2020.
Difficult to access door entry due to programming issues of electronic key but staff very friendly and helpful and very comfortable bed and room
Location is good, easy to get to everywhere you’d want. Hotel section was a bit tired and worn but no real issues. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The Staff are always super friendly and really know their jobs.
Great place to stay. Close to the beach, close to the coastal walk/cycle way. Very helpful staff. Mo is a good man to deal with
