“The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance.
The pictures on the listing did not match the property. I chose this rental……

“A gorgeous place to stay! The host was so accommodating and made check in super easy. The garage is large, the laundry was handy and although we didn’t use it there was amble storage if you cycle/ ski. The kitchenette has everything you could need and was a nice touch having a coffee machine. Bed was super comfy and although there is no aircon it gets quite cool in the room. The town is also very quaint with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby. Would highly recommend.”

“We had a really lovely holiday in Ischgl. The apartment was very nice, clean, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Communication with the host was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our holiday. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again!”
