120 square meter apartment in one of the best urbanizations in Tarifa. Located at the entrance of the town and a few meters from Los Lances beach, it has gardens and a communal pool (open from June 15 to September 15). The historic center is about a 15-minute walk away.In addition to the spacious living room, which has stunning views of the sea and the African coast, it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second with two single beds.It also has a bathroom with shower and a separate kitchen, with everything you need to cook in the accommodation: 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, crockery / cutlery, kitchenware, coffee maker and toaster. ...The terrace has outdoor furniture where you can relax in this special enclave.It has an elevator, internet access (wifi), A/C in the living room, electric radiator heating and a garage in the same building.We have 3 other apartments equal to this one in terms of decoration, size, location and benefits. If you are a group of more than 5 people or two families, you can rent several of them.
