We are happy to provide recommendations for surf schools, local sightseeing, and other great tips. The ground floor is accessible to guests with reduced mobility, and well-behaved pets are welcome. Please note that after 11:00 PM, no outdoor gatherings should produce noise audible to the neighbors. Bed linen and towels are provided (with beds made upon your arrival).

This entails a deep clean—from floor to ceiling—requiring the use of cleaning and hygiene products that meet "Atout France" standards. If you choose to handle this yourself, a formal inspection of the premises (état des lieux) will be conducted. Alternatively, you may opt for our professional cleaning service (for a fee of €300), carried out by our team of three cleaners over the course of 4–5 hours. They will take care of the following: cleaning 21 windows and windowsills; floors (including areas behind furniture); 14 drains (sinks, washbasins, and showers); 6 shower enclosures/columns; 4 toilets; marks on walls; kitchen cabinets, cupboards, and shelves; 3 ovens; and the disinfection of refrigerators and door handles. They will also clean the sun loungers, patio furniture, terraces, and more.

A security deposit (by check or cash) is required, and your choice regarding the cleaning option must be confirmed upon arrival.
