Staff are great, breakfasts are good and they also have a restaurant on site. Or walk next door and there's a KFC if you have no time and want some fast food."

"It was a nice and pleasant stay. I liked the facilities and the hotel overall. Staff is hospitable, attentive and supportive of guests' needs. I'd like to mention Antar, Front Office receptionist, who helped me a lot on the last day to arrange my departure to the airport in the morning and supported with a piece of advice as per Yandex taxi booking. the standards are really kept high in the hotel and I appreciated my short but memorable stay in there. "Just came back from an amazing trip in Uzbekistan. Stayed at the Art Hotel after reading great reviews on hotels.com. Well let me tell you....my room was huge, the breakfast was delicious with many choices, all of our requests were timely accommodated and most importantly Ibrahim and his colleagues went out of their way to help us with anything we need. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming and we were literally treated like family. The taxis are very cheap and for $1-2 dollars can take you...

"The Ramada was fine, but it is not at the standard I would expect for a brand name. The furniture, beds, wallpaper, carpets are all run down and have a slightly stale smoke smell despite no smoking allowed in the hotel. The staff were mainly nice, but some had no interest in helping unless they were pushed. The cleaning staff were fabulous, very friendly and helpful, as were the gentlemen at the door. The breakfast was pretty poor as an offering, but it did the job of filling me up enough to...
