“Very disappointing experience. The hotel has constant problems with electricity, air conditioning, and water. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because the room was extremely hot and the AC wasn’t working. Staff kept promising, “20 more minutes” or “one more hour,” but nothing was fixed. Instead, they offered drinks and other extras. For this price, this is unacceptable. If you need a good night’s sleep, especially before a flight, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.”

“日本人46歳ビジネスとして活用しました。新しいホテルという事で部屋も設備も非常に新しく良かったです。中日は日本人のご夫婦も4組くらいチェックインしていました。タシケント駅にも徒歩で行ける事からサマルカンドはブラハへいく為に駅を使う場合はとても便利な場所にあります。私は仕事続きで休暇場所として使いましたのでホテルの滞在時間が非常に長かったのですが、サウナの利用時間が7時～22時にも関わらず準備できていない。誰もいないからすでに21時で終わっている。など使いたい時に使えず非常に残念でした。朝食は10階ですが、とてもおいしかったですし無料でついているのはどこのホテルにもなくお得です。また利用したいと思います。”

“My family loved our stay here at IGMAR. Wasn't expecting much, but we had 3 bathrooms, 3 beds, and even a small outdoor wading pool. Rooms very really clean and comfortable. The hotel is near Oybek metro but we took a taxi most of our time. The apartment is slightly too big for our party of 3, but we are not complaining. Told the staff we had to check out early and she promptly remembered our mealboxes and had it ready for collection.”

“The location was great, the security was good, and the house was comfortable and nice. However, the Wi-Fi didn't work well. It didn't work for four out of eight days. The first time it didn't work, they fixed it the second day, but after three days, it didn't work again. If it weren't for the Wi-Fi issue, I would've remembered it as a great place to stay, but it's such a shame.”
