“Apartment is spacious, beds are very comfortable. Big refrigerator, stove, microwave. The problem is that there is no cookware, so if you want to cook anything, you have to buy cookware. Also, we had 3 people staying in, but only two big towels. It took two days for staff to get us third towel. Also breakfast is barely passable. The biggest issue for me was that everything was cold, The few dishes, that should be hot, were cold. Very few choices. Very disappointing. Receptionist was not……

“What I loved about this apartment was location. Tashkent City Close to everything. Beautiful spacious apartment . All new modern design. Communication with host was easy and he was super accommodating. He sent us breakfast which was a real nice gesture and was appreciated. I recommend this apartment 100 percent. I would definitely go back on my next visit.”

“Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared……
