Loaded with history and cultural symbolism, this fantastic apartment for 4 people is housed in a building centenary reimagined and restored by architect Souto Moura to become a condominium. The Saltmarch Triplex is the right choice for lovers of history and art, and for those looking to rest and enjoy the Convent's excellent spaces and services, namely the swimming pool. The apartment, overlooking the beautiful Salinas de Tavira and the Ria Formosa, is composed by two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and open plan kitchen with a dining area. It has a dream swimming pool, it is a really pleasant place. Nevertheless there are some structural details which were a problem: 1\. The bedroom with two beds, a mezzanine, is really tiny, it has no doors and there is no natural ventilation. 2\. There are a lot of stairs to move from double room to living room and from living room to mezzanine: people with health conditions will struggle. There are two other problems which can easily be fixed: the front door strongly squeaks, waking up everybody. This can be solved by oiling the hinges.
