Good place to stay, few issues to be solved
This is a lovely villa in a lovely peaceful location, the pool was well maintained and the house was clean. There are however a number of negatives with this property; when we booked the property the pool was advertised as heated, it is not. There are air conditioning units in the sitting room and one in the master bedroom, neither of which work, we understand they have been "disabled". We were very uncomfortable at night even with the window open, there is a fan but it is noisy and it smells as though something is burning, so we couldn't use it.
The property is three bedrooms but has six single beds, so a couple has to push the beds together but of course, there is a gap. There appears to be a double bed in the master bedroom but again it is two single beds pushed together. I would have thought there should at least be a proper double bed in the master bedroom. We were in the property for ten days but there are no replacement sheets or towels available, we were given the option of washing our own sheets and towels, there is a washing machine but no washing powder.
This could be a perfect holiday rental property, but only if these issues are dealt with.
