I think this was a fine enough property and the staff were friendly during their limited hours there. It was honestly hard to find any staff, making reporting any issues entirely impossible. While I understand hot water may not be a guarantee, it never lasted more than 5-10 seconds at a time. On top of that, our shower was broken, so you couldn't use it, there was a constant nauseating smell of raw sewage, the windows in the bathroom and main area were also broken so no way to keep mosquitoes out and the beds were heavily worn to the point it was uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible (the worst food on the island), and the Internet is only available in the lobby and is extremely slow. I wouldn't personally stay here again. They did have a water jug to refill your bottles and they pick you up and drop you off at the airport which was nice. The hotel was in an extremely walkable area, which was nice. I wish the shower was usable or something that could have been fixed while we were there....
