Casa Los Divisos, small cozy cottage in La Villa de Teguise

Our small independent cottage, classic style and well distributed, this vacational house is located at the foot of Santa Barbara Castle and just a few meters from the Villa de Teguise, best architectural historic-artistic ensemble of the Canary Islands.



In the same space you have the living room and kitchen/dining area. Terracotta floors and lots of wood provide a cosy atmosphere. Well furnished terrace with stunning views to the interior of the island and with one of the best sunsets seen on the island. Teguise hosts the largest market on the island on Sunday morning. As being in the centre of the island you will be just minutes from the Famara beach and very close to the Manrique's art work. This house is an ideal starting point to explore the island of Lanzarote.



WELCOME: We request your arrival information in order to organize your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. For the little ones, we can, for an additional fee organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit as well as portable bath and dishes apt for children). Request this before your arrival.



The check in time is from 3:00 PM. The check out of the house is by 11:00 PM. If you want arrive before or leave later, no problem, tell us to check availability.



CLEANING: The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturizer dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. This cleaning service carries a fixed charge. If you want extra cleaning service during the stay please just ask us for more information.



CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included. If you would like me to arrange the rent a car booking, all I would need is your flight details.

Calme avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très bien situé. Le centre de Teguise est à quelques minutes à pieds. Il est confortable et ne manque de rien. La vue depuis la terrasse est juste magnifique et les petits oiseaux viennent déjeuner avec nous. La balade pour monter au château depuis le logement est à faire !

El entorno es mágico. Muy buena situación y precioso paisaje. Alejado del ruido pero cerca de la villa donde hay numerosos restaurantes y comercios donde aprovisionarse de todo. La presión del agua de la ducha es un poco baja.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage und mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, geräumig, mit großer Terasse und tollem Blick in die Weite. Was die Ausstattung angeht, hätten wir uns einen Sonnenschirm o.Ä. für die Terasse gewünscht, zudem etwas mehr Küchenausstattung und mehr Kissen oder Decken für Sofa und Liegestühle. Angesehen davon haben wir das Haus und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

idéalement calme

Située à Téguise, au "centre" de l’île, c'est a dire parfait pour visiter l’île. Cette petite maison est bien calme, avec une vue sur les champs, sans aucun vis à vis. La location est très propre, l'équipement cuisine est sommaire, mais largement suffisant. L’accueil est chaleureux. Par contre Abritel ne gère pas cette location et il faut se débrouiller tout seul avec le correspondant local pour la résa et le paiement (pas du tout sécurisé....).
