“This listing is a scam. I paid to stay there because the listing said it was in Apache Junction according to the directions and it was a lie I went there. There was no place to stay when I talked to Expedia. They said they couldn’t give my money back so I was out the money with nowhere to stay.”

“The sound of Ferry all night - no sleep . The car can’t go near the hotel. The Owner also lives in the same floor and this is kind of restricted privacy. Overall If managed properly and city restricts Ferry after 11PM or midnight then 50% problem solved. If owner moves out without sharing same flat then removes 25% problem. Internet speed good but only one line- Means everyone share same line in same floor .”

“Pool was great and the water was clean and temperature was moderate. Breakfast was okay. some of them were tasty .”

“The rooms are spacious, washrooms nice. All amenities including refrigerator, tea kettle, smart TV etc. Pool was nice. Loation good, just overlooking the lake. Service was prompt, daily housekeeping done. All in all, we had a good 3 days stay. ”

“The staff was incredibly cordial, helpful and courteous. It really made a difference. Additionally, every single food item we had at the palace restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our time flew by at the palace and on the day of departure we were left wishing we’d stayed 2 nights at the palace. ”
