Absolutely one of the best hotels in Merida, Mexico. This boutique hotel has only a few well designed rooms / suites surrounding a beautiful courtyard. Its service-first approach is one of the best I've experienced during my many travels. If visiting Merida, this should be near the top of your list.

The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud and no dryer. The sewer did smell from the bathroom sink, no toilet seat on second bathroom. Only a pair of towels for each bathroom. Too much light coming through the blinds at night. The master AC would freeze up at night. Not enough hot water. Good for one hot shower. I was disappointed with the condo.
