It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has a bedroom with double bed, sofa-bed and 300mb fibre wifi internet, designed for teleworking. With a large terrace where you can enjoy, sunbathe and relax. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Gran Canaria. This nice property in Telde is ideal for families and couples, as it can accommodate up to 3 people, distributed in the spacious double bedroom and the sofa-bed in the living room. With a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen integrated in the living room, which has air conditioning, TV and access to the large terrace of the house with areas where you can enjoy a fantastic lunch cooked on the barbecue, sunbathe and relax. Located in Telde, with all the necessary services around, such as supermarkets and restaurants and just a few minutes drive from the beaches of Salinetas and La Garita. It also has a very good connection with the motorway to travel around the rest of the island comfortably. Located in a quiet environment, only 20 minutes by car from the city of Las Palmas and Las Canteras Beach.
