Lavender Cottage is set on a quiet side street in Tenby. South Beach and its mile of golden sand can be reached in less than 200 yards. Enjoy a day at the beach and then wander into town through Tenby's famous town walls where you'll find a plethora of independent shops and restaurants. Boat trips run from the iconic harbour daily - enjoy a day fishing or a visit to Caldey Island. There is plenty to keep you and your family occupied within walking distance in Tenby but if you feel like venturing further afield, Saundersfoot can be reached in under four miles or enjoy a day one of Pembrokeshire's many attractions such as Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo (6.5 miles) or Oakwood Theme Park (13 miles).
As you enter the cottage, the open-plan lounge/diner is to the right, where the dining table has ample space for ten. Enjoy a dinner with family and friends or simply unwind at the end of a long day of exploring in this great, entertaining space. The lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas and tub chairs plus a Smart TV for those cosy nights in. The galley-style kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. You will find everything you need to comfortably make everything from a simple breakfast to an evening meal. Just off the kitchen is a shower room with WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find three of the five bedrooms this property has to offer. The first bedroom is a twin room, the second bedroom is a generously proportioned super-king-size, and the third bedroom is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request). All rooms are equipped with ample storage for your belongings and several rooms also have their own little sink to freshen up in, a reminder of the cottage's B&B past. There is a good size bathroom on the first floor complete with a shower over the bath and WC, plus a shower room with WC. On the second floor, you will find a further two good sized bedrooms - a super-king-size and a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request).
Externally the cottage benefits from its own private, courtyard garden. The garden is patio for convenience and seating has been provided along with a charcoal BBQ. Enjoy relaxing al fresco on summer evenings with easy access to the garden from the kitchen or light the BBQ and cook for the family outdoors. There is no parking provided for the property, however there is some limited on-street parking available on a first-come-first-served basis. The public car park is less than 100 yards away and offers long stay car parking (local charges apply).
