This hotel is quirky, but in a charming way. The staff was great and it's a very central location in downtown allowing easy travel to many attractions in Omaha. There were a few "down sides" to the hotel, but nothing that would deter me from staying at this facility again. This hotel is charm, not modern, which is something I prefer when visiting new places.

Nice rooms, nice service

Clean room. Great breakfast.

A/C in the pool area did not work. Asked the staff about it and they said it would cost $500k and they were not going to fix it. Every door (including entry door) had been kicked in and none of them would stay shut. I had to push on the door to get it to deadbolt shut. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came to our room for the duration of the stay. TV didn't work in the living area. Carpet was wet when we walked in the first night and was still wet the day we checked out.

Hotel needs an update. Water pressure was low and we did report that to the front desk so maybe it was just our room. Staff were very nice. The room was clean but fruit was small or not ripe. Didn't eat breakfast there but the same as most other hotels. Chips in the furniture and wall in the bathroom probably could have used another coat. It would be most helpful if there was a weather station for the area insted of looking all the time at the phone apps to guess the weather. A couple of music sptations would also be nice. But management will probably say that it cuts into their bottom line.
