I tried multiple time to get ahold of the host for her to answer some questions I had about the property. I tried for well over a month with no response. The day before ...

When an issue arose with propane running out and only having electric fireplace for heat, reached out to host with no reply. Had to close doors to all rooms and sleep on couches in living room the second night. Not what we signed up for!
