Good service Good breakfast

We had so much room for our family's stay. It was fantastic! Front desk reception was really helpful, and the breakfast service was wonderful. You don't have to go down for breakfast. They just bring it to the room. The only complaint is the noise at night due to the location close to the night club district. There were loud vehicles blaring music and loud partiers on the streets outside at night. Otherwise, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately this place was a huge disappointment from the very beginning! Every time we tried to call the hotel we never could get in contact with anyone. My only contact came through WhatsApp messages from the establishment. I was asked to provide my information and my time of arrival. Which I did. I informed them my flight would be getting into Lisbon at 8am. I asked if they provided transportation to the hotel and never received an answer. When I arrived there from the airport we could not get in! And there was no one there to open the door. Or was 9:30 in the morning and I was with my 2 kids and husband standing in the middle of the street with our luggage in a foreign country and I was VERY upset. So I was calling the number that had been provided to me but once again no one was responding. So I messaged through WhatsApp and finally got an answer. Apparently there was a code to use to enter the building which I was never told about prior. So our trip did not start off well as a result of this. But it doesn’t end there. None of the front desk people could clearly answer any questions or provide much guidance with basic inquiries. It was extremely frustrating. And if all that wasn’t bad enough we ended up seeing 3 ROACHES in the apartment over the course of the 9 dsys we spent there. When I informed front desk about the First Roach I saw they informed me they would see exterminators to check apartment. It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

We had a fabulous duplex room with the most amazing view from our terrace. There was a small pool area, which was fine. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Place for situated in a great location close to the sea and all the buzz of Lisbon

Lively and comfortable in the middle of city centre - easy walking to many spots - busy area but definitely in the heart of things.
