Wonderful location and property. Staff were so attentive, greeting us you upon arrival and throughout our stay. They went out of their way to ensure we were having a great stay. Super clean, comfy beds, great food, amenities walks, views, such a wonderful place. I was only booked for three nights and ended up staying for 6, ha ha....be back again on my next trip

Staff very engaging, the room was lovely and large. Great selection of toiletries available in the room. The hotel was very clean. We had breakfast included which was buffet style great variety and kept refeshed. My only criticism was the quality of the toliet paper

Check in was easy. My daughter and I arrived in Dublin early in the morning and had no issue accessing early check in. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was also great. Would definitely return.

The property is only a couple blocks from the spire/needle and lots of shopping and restaurants. There are a few nagging maintenance issues that need to be addressed, i.e., diverter valves, door handles, window hardware, TV service (no audio for the main platform), etc. More importantly, the property is a half block from a street maintenance lot. Consequently, it is very noisy late night into early morning when these services are in full force. Ergo, leaving windows open leads to constant noise and closing them only slightly mitigates the noise from the near constant activity.

its as expected and as a hotel should be: clean, functional, etc -- nothing was above and beyond except the woman working weekday afternoons at the front desk, she helped me print something out and gave me directions -- other staff members seemed annoyed. Late checkout is wildly overpriced. No moisturizer, washcloth, tissues, or iron in the room (i only brought one pair of pants so i wasn't going to go to the community washroom to iron in my underwear). TV worked intermittently. Night and am staff seemed highly inconvenienced by any request. It's good for a budget spot but wildly overpriced on weekends. Location is decent.
