"Myself, my wife, and our dog stayed the weekend while I was in town for a seminar and, truthfully, I can't think of a single thing about this property that wasn't wonderful. It's located close to everything in town without being in town itself. It's right off a main road, but the cottage is set back enough so that it is not obtrusive. The cottage had all the amenities that anyone would need and was beautifully decorated and very well stocked with sundries. The property itself was gorgeous. Just...

"This is a beautiful home with beautiful views in a quiet area of Strasburg. We loved the sun room and porch views. We enjoyed watching the many birds in the area. One thing that might need to be considered before booking is that there are very steep stairs in the home and an unlevel pathway to the front door. If you have mobility issues, this may not be the right home for you."

"Beautiful quaint property with many amenities and very close to downtown Lancaster and Tanger outlets while maintaining the authentic Amish charm. The hosts were super friendly. The family dog, Ellie, was super sweet and greeted us every day while playing outside. There is a lot to do that don't require screens, so it provided a nice break from the technology dominated lives we all live these days. Everything was ad advertised. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."

"It was easy to get to from the highway which is important to me. The place was neat & clean & well decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I have a bad back but had no problems in the morning. Would highly recommend it. One thing I could suggest....if the owner's car could be left out of the driveway long enough so the renters could back in to unload & load their cars."

"Our stay at the Historic Church was very special. Having a piano was so nice as our friend played and we sang together. Not having a TV was also so enjoyable as we spent time chatting together rather than watching something. The whole place was very well appointed and had everything we needed. "This place was amazing! It has such a sense of calm and peace and was perfect for our family get-together. The bedrooms were spacious. We appreciated the snacks and whoopie pies provided. Derrick responded quickly to our questions about some light switches. It was convenient to our sightseeing adventures in the Lancaster area. Beautiful setting with the horse farm next door and the Amish buggies going by. Would definitely stay there again!"
