Be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR for the family rooms (3 bed accommodation) - we were sent across the street and we had to carry all of our suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. My husband has bad knees and needed the elevator. The front desk just said that they were overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us and that at least it was on the second floor! The bathroom shower has no adequate door and the floor floods every time it is used.
Their restaurant and bar are closed. The front desk staff is rude and completely unhelpful.
I have to say the room was comfortable and location was perfect to walk to any area for shopping , restaurants etc. thankfully we were there only two nights. We would not stay there again.

Lovely little hotel in a great, central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. But be prepared for an entirely open plan room - i.e. no door between bedroom and toilet/shower area.

We enjoyed our stay here, its a boutique Hotel, the staff was very friendly and very helpful.
They directed us to some great restaurants and bars.
Not all the rooms have AC, so ask for that when you book.
It is just around the corner from Grand Place and about a block away from Brussels Central Train station. Very convenient to alot in the area.
