"Heel fijn en schoon appartement, op een rustige locatie. Veel privacy. Ontvangst was erg gastvrij en hartelijk. Je voelt je echt welkom. Bushalte direct aan de weg, maar ook per fiets of lopend is alles goed bereikbaar. Auto eigenlijk niet nodig gehad. "

Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. "Die Wohnung liegt unter einer halben Stunde Fahrt von Lindau und Friedrichshafen in der Nähe eines Naturschutzgebiets. Sie selbst hat ein schön renoviertes Bad (leider ohne Fenster), der Rest wirkt auch schön, jedoch im "alten Stil". Es ist schön ruhig, gut geeignet zum Entspannen, aber trotzdem nicht allzu weit vom nächsten Supermarkt. Wir haben die Wohnung hauptsächlich mit dem Kamin beheizt, was mit etwas Erfahrung auch gut funktioniert. Leider war nicht alles Geschirr ganz sauber, es hat...

"A very complete appartement. There is nothing to be missed over there since it is super well equipped. It is even a bit overwhelming when you enter since it is quite full. Especially nice is the fact that all windows are covered with insect screens so that you can cool de appartement down during the night without nasty mosquitos."

"Easy to find, next to the railway and bus stations. A quiet and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Breakfast plentiful with good coffee, choices of cheese and cold meats, delicious breads, hot food, fruit salads and smoked fish. My room was very comfortable with a powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and easy to control air con. Fully opening window if needed, but double glazing very efficient and I didn’t hear any noise. Also seemed well insulated - didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or the rooms next door. Public lounge area welcoming with a good choice of drinks. Also hotel has a policy of rewarding guests with a free drink voucher for not having their rooms cleaned every day which I enjoyed each evening. I had to leave too early for breakfast on my day of departure, so staff explained the kitchen would prepare me a takeaway breakfast - it was very generous and tasted great. Within an easy 10 minute walk of the centre of Ravensburg. I shall return next year and highly recommend. "
