It has 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 people and is perfect for lovers of the authentic Mediterranean. Layout of the villa: With 198 m2 of living space, the villa is distributed over two floors connected by a beautiful interior staircase. From the entrance, a pleasant hall leads to a large living-dining room with TV area, large white sofas, air conditioning and a large table for lunch or dinner inside the villa. A fully equipped and independent kitchen with a small laundry room. A complete bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and airco and a second bedroom with double bed and airco. Going up the internal stairs, we access the main bedroom of the villa with double bed, full bathroom, air conditioning and a nice private terrace where to relax on a nice evening. Exterior of the villa: With 700 m2 of plot, La Rocalla has a private outdoor parking area with a motorized gate to park a vehicle inside. In front of the living room, we find a pleasant and beautiful covered terrace with a table for 6 people, a garden sofa area and in front of it, the swimming pool of clear water with beach type stairs to enjoy a relaxing bath. The pool is salt water, a system to maintain the quality of the water and the skin in a healthier way. A hammock area for sunbathing, and a garden with a beautiful rockery that gives its name to the beautiful villa. Olive trees, jasmine and other Mediterranean plants surround the villa making it something authentic and special. It is 150 m from the restaurant, tennis courts, pharmacy and other services. 1 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the town of Moraira, 2 km from the sandy beach "playa de l'Ampolla", 2 km from the rocky beach, 5 km from the golf course "Club de golf Ifach" and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization. The outside space was exceptional. Inside was a little tired. We had 6 adults and a baby and there was plenty of space. The villa was a 15 minute walk into town and within 5 minutes walk of Aldi supermarket. Should have realised this when on arrival the only thing left in villa from all previous renters was insect repellent and citronella candles (although no matches to light them with!). Due to a death in the family we only managed 2 days in the villa but that was enough. The pool was disgustingly dirty and every morning was full of dead creatures- mosquitoes, moths, spiders, flies of every description and even a gecko This rendered it totally unusable as skimmers/filters were so weak in flow strength Villa was poorly equipped with barely any pans to cook with. Everything from any previous occupants had been removed so a big shop would have been needed. Even down to drinking water Finally having to return home due to death in family after 1 day, the suppliers would not even consider a refund despite exceptional circumstances- will never be using this company nor Guzman Villas ever again. We rent villas 2-3 times per year and this without doubt is the worst experience ever.
