The only bad part was the back yard they had a huge storm and they still had debris everywhere and we couldn’t use the little patio and we had to wash everything down and the grass was really long and the bugs were bad but other than that the beds were comfy. Great location! Host were nice. I’d recommend to a small family. Very spacious. No tvs in the bedrooms only the master.”

“My Grandnephew and I spent the day fishing on the Trinity River and the afternoons and evens relaxing at the dock with fishing lines in the water. The listing is a good description of what you will experience. ”

“Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street……

We enjoyed watching the deer, swimming in the pool, evening in the hot tub, grilling and playing games with the family. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!”
