Clean room , ready on time, staff very pleasant and helpful, nice comfortable bed. Room very cleans and great location and views.

They use to give free snacks and wine. Not anymore. Hotel seems outdated and bit run down. Service not the best. Great restaurants around and walking distance to city.

Quay West has the most fantastic views and was a very comfortable stay. However, a few items were a little dated and needed some maintenance work such as the taps (some did not work) and the dish washer. Overall however it is a great place to stay.
