Great location

All things in the property worked but it could use a good clean. I feel it is a 3 star property at a 4 star price. Picked up the key from a very rude waitress in a cafe but returned it to a very polite friendly waiter at the same place. Location was great and close to beach and restaurants and shops.

The tv didn’t work, there was sand in our beds even the sofa bed had sand. There was long black hairs all through the bathrooms. The linen wasn’t fresh the sheets had pilling on them and the towels were small and dried stuff. Not overly impressed especially for the price.

Not impressed when booking that I wasn't told this was a private apartment and The Oaks has Nothing to do with the state of the apartment. I booked for 2 adults and 1 child to find the apartment only had 2 towels and 3 sheets. Not enough for 3 people. And it was not cleaned. SO we were expected to dry what the emergency cleaner had put in the washing machine. Communication with the "owner" was okay but there was no support from the concierge which was very very disappointing. It was such a shame as we had stayed before and it was wonderful. We might stay again but book direct with the hotel.

Host is delightful and accommodating. Property is clean and well maintained. Great central location.

Communication was fantastic and was assisted with checking in late. One downfall was the cleanliness - glasses had to be washed before use, there was a paper cup left from a previous rental and there wasn't any shower gel/soap for the shower.

Property was clean inside but balcony was dirty with food scraps and cigarette butts. Balcony door didnt work properly. View of building next door. Overall, property was clean inside and tidy, just outside let it down. Check in process was not ideal as the hotel staff were not helpful.
